BagCrush (“BagCrush”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and sells leather goods and accessories to customers in India.

Using the site — browsing, creating an account, placing an order — means you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place an order. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order or open an account.

• —Keep your account details accurate and up to date.
• —Don't share your password. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• —Tell us at info@bagcrush.in if you think your account has been compromised.
• —We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being misused.

All prices on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

Product photographs are an honest representation but minor variation in colour, grain, and finish is part of natural leather and isn’t a defect.

We may change prices and product availability at any time. If a price is shown incorrectly due to an obvious error and you haven’t yet paid, we’ll cancel the order and refund any amount already collected.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we confirm the order by email. Until then, we may decline an order for any lawful reason — for example, stock issues, suspected fraud, or shipping-restricted addresses.

We accept payment through:

• —Credit and debit cards (via Stripe)
• —Indian bank cards, UPI, and net banking (via ICICI Payment Gateway)
• —Cash on Delivery (COD), where available for the delivery pin code

For COD orders, payment is due in full on delivery. We may require partial pre-payment on high-value COD orders; if so, you’ll see this at checkout.

We ship within India only. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates given by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Remote pin codes may take longer.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel at delivery and refuse it if the outer packaging is visibly damaged.

• —You can return any unworn, unused item within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked — with original tags and packaging intact.
• —Items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase aren't returnable.
• —To start a return, email info@bagcrush.in with your order number.
• —We refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
• —For COD orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer to a bank account you provide.

All content on this site — product designs, photographs, copy, illustrations, the BagCrush name and logo — is owned by BagCrush or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• —Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that disrupts service for other customers.
• —Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy data from the site.
• —Attempt to access parts of the site you're not authorised to access, or probe for security weaknesses.
• —Use the site to transmit malware, phishing content, or unsolicited communications.

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to keep it accurate, secure, and available, but we don’t warrant that it will always be free of errors, uninterrupted, or virus-free.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We won’t be liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, loss of profit, business, or opportunity).

You agree to indemnify BagCrush against losses we suffer from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, except where caused by our own negligence.

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only what we need to run the store, we don’t sell your data, and we use industry-standard practices to keep it safe.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by talking to us first will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guwahati, Assam, India.
