Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you carry. If you don’t, you have seven days to send it back — no questions asked, as long as it’s in the condition it left us.

The 7-day window
You can return any eligible BagCrush piece within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked. The clock starts the day the courier marks your package as delivered, not the day you place the order.
If the 7th day falls on a Sunday or public holiday, we’ll extend it to the next business day.
What's eligible
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
- —Unworn and unused
- —In its original condition — no scratches, scuffs, perfume smell, makeup marks, or pet hair
- —With all original tags attached
- —Inside the original dust bag and packaging
- —Accompanied by the original invoice (digital is fine)
What isn't returnable
- —Items marked “final sale” at the time of purchase
- —Customised, monogrammed, or made-to-order pieces
- —Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered after delivery
- —Care products (cleaners, conditioners) once the seal is broken
- —Gift cards
How to start a return
Refund timing & method
- —Cards (Stripe) — refunded to the original card; appears in 5–7 business days
- —Net banking / UPI (ICICI Payment Gateway) — refunded to the original account; appears in 5–10 business days
- —Cash on Delivery — refunded by bank transfer to a bank account you provide; processed within 7 business days of inspection
- —Shipping charges paid on the original order are refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item) or a cancellation before dispatch
Bank-side timings are outside our control. If you don’t see the refund after the windows above, write to info@bagcrush.in with your order number and we’ll share the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) so you can raise it with your bank.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges — refunds are faster and cleaner. To swap for a different size or colour, return the original piece for a refund, then place a fresh order. We’ll happily hold the new piece for you for 7 days while the return is in transit; just email info@bagcrush.in.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item received
These are on us. Email info@bagcrush.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the box. We’ll arrange a free reverse pickup and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping), whichever you prefer.
If a return is rejected
On the rare occasion that an item arrives back in a condition that fails inspection — for example, signs of use, missing tags, or third-party damage — we’ll:
- —Photograph the condition we received it in
- —Email you within 24 hours to explain
- —Offer to ship the item back to you at no extra charge, or hold it for collection
- —Issue no refund unless the inspection finding is later corrected
If you disagree with the inspection finding, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer (details on the Legal page).
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019. If you’ve received a defective product, you can choose to accept a refund, a replacement, or repair, in line with the Act.
