Shipping Policy
How your order makes its way from our studio in Guwahati to your door — and what to do if anything goes off-script.

Where we ship
We ship across India. International shipping isn’t available yet — sign up to be notified when it is.
We can’t ship to military addresses, P.O. boxes, or pin codes our courier partners have flagged as non-serviceable. If your pin code is unsupported, checkout will tell you at the address step before you pay.
Delivery timeline
- —Order processing — 1 to 2 business days. Every order is inspected by hand before it leaves the studio.
- —Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune) — 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
- —Tier-2 and other major cities — 4 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- —Remote and north-east pin codes — up to 10 business days from dispatch.
- —Total time = processing + transit. Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners and aren’t guaranteed. Weather, public holidays, and remote locations may add a day or two.
Shipping charges
Final shipping is calculated at checkout and shown on your invoice as a separate line.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also find tracking inside your account under Orders.
Tracking links typically begin updating within 24 hours of dispatch. If a tracking number doesn’t update for 72 hours after dispatch, please write to info@bagcrush.in and we’ll chase it for you.
Address changes
- —Before dispatch — write to info@bagcrush.in with your order number; we'll update the address at no charge.
- —After dispatch — we'll do our best to redirect through the courier, but it isn't always possible and a re-dispatch fee may apply.
- —If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-dispatch (at actual shipping cost) or a refund of the product value, minus original shipping.
Failed delivery & undelivered orders
- —Couriers typically attempt delivery up to three times. After the third failed attempt, the package is held at the local hub for a few days and then returned to us.
- —If we cannot reach you on the phone number you provided, we may pause the order. Adding an alternate phone number at checkout helps.
- —For COD orders, repeated failed attempts may result in cancellation at our discretion.
Damaged or missing packages
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery at the door — this is the cleanest way to resolve it.
If damage isn’t visible until you open the package, email info@bagcrush.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per the Returns & Refunds policy.
Cash on Delivery
- —Available on most pin codes for orders up to ₹15,000.
- —Please keep exact change ready — couriers don't always carry change.
- —Partial pre-payment may be required on high-value COD orders. If so, you'll see this at checkout.
- —Refunds on COD orders are issued by bank transfer to a bank account you provide.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order at no charge any time before it ships. After dispatch, the order falls under our Returns & Refunds policy.
